Job Description

Our Boston, MA client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team for a 3-6 month contract opportunity. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years experience recruiting, preferably in professional services, has managed direct reports and is available immediately.

Rate: Starting at $40/h

**potential offers may fall outside this range depending on experience**

**Candidates must be local to Boston as this role is a hybrid schedule of 3 days on-site**

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-lifecycle recruiting process
• Collaborate with hiring managers on opening job requisitions, sourcing, and interviewing
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and manage candidate applications efficiently
• Act as a liaison between hiring managers and Human Resources department
• Properly document all candidate engagements
• Proactively source both passive and active candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources is strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition position
• Strong grasp of compliance standards, employment law, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
• Familiarity with and interest in various interviewing, negotiation, and influencing techniques and strategies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, Workday a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive with a positive attitude
