Job description:

Infosys BPM is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Content Platform Manager to oversee our workflow-driven content management systems and lead complex digital content projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in web content management with exceptional project and client management skills, capable of navigating intricate stakeholder landscapes to deliver high-quality web content experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end digital content projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and quality execution.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Proficiently manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including designers, marketing teams, copywriters, creative agencies, and technical teams. This includes managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaborative environments both in-person and remotely across multiple functions and teams.
• Content Platform Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for our workflow-driven content management platform (preferably Drupal), including content lifecycle, publishing workflows, and system capabilities.
• Technical Acumen: Apply strong knowledge of SharePoint, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies to understand platform capabilities, troubleshooting issues, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Content Strategy & SEO: Possess a basic understanding of web content management processes, including content creation, governance, and optimization for search engines (SEO).
• Web Accessibility (WCAG): Knowledge of WCAG guidelines to ensure content accessibility and compliance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate seamless interaction and collaboration among cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges related to content workflows, platform limitations, and project roadblocks.

Qualifications:

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience

Preferred:

• JavaScript Knowledge: Leverage basic JavaScript understanding for front-end content interactions or platform customizations.
• Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ideally with a focus on web content.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple functions, teams, and stakeholders, both in-person and remotely, with a track record of successful communication and collaboration.
• Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and similar web technologies.
• Web Content Management: Basic understanding of web content management processes and best practices.
• SEO: Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.

Work Model:

This role is a hybrid work model onsite, Tuesday and Wednesday in the office, with some flexibility-based on project demands.
