Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Content Creator, Coordinator will lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and all things social. Someone who’s got a sharp eye for style, a quick thumb for trends, and a soft spot for parents and kids. If you can tell a story in 7 seconds, get a laugh with a caption, and dream up content ideas before breakfast—you’ll thrive here.

Key Accountabilities:

• Concept, shoot, and edit native-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Translate brand campaigns and trends into thumb-stopping social content
• Keep a close pulse on pop culture, parenting moments, and what’s next in the social space
• Collaborate with social, creative, brand, and product teams to bring ideas to life fast
• Test, learn, and evolve—because in social, the only constant is change

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere).
• Experience using social media or brand operational management tools
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for social media, digital or brand marketing.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Behaviors:

• A maker at heart—camera roll full, drafts folder overflowing
• Deeply fluent in creative tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Agile, resourceful, and thrive in a scrappy content lab
• Passionate about family, kids, fashion, and fun
• Obsessed with what makes people pause, like, comment, and share

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working with or creating for parent/kid brands
• Strong on-camera presence or talent directing others
• Influencer or UGC chops
• A portfolio or handle that shows your style
