Akkodis is seeking a Content Creator – Spring, TX Hybrid , for a 24-month Contract with a client in Spring, TX . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid experience with Content Creator, who is an expert for creating content (sketches, short videos, and storyboards) for internal and external customer presentations. He or she will be highly creative to allow the external customers to visualize themselves utilizing this product in various ways, but also must possess strong communication skills to work alongside internal team members to understand to goal of the various innovative products to create the storyboards effectively.
Rate Range: $38.00 - $48.00 P/HR.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Most content is shared for external view through PowerPoint, Miro board or in video format – the creative needs to be capable of putting the creation fitting into those mediums. For the videos, the creative is expected to help with filming, creating, and editing various short videos (typically shot on iPhone or similar) to try and capture or create a video to help internal or external audience understand the experience using a new product. The creative has to use existing products/ materials to show what a future may look like. This will include collaboration with internal team members so he or she must be a strong team player. This role is onsite a minimum of 2 days a week in Spring, TX.
Must thrive upon collaborative development, brainstorming, and an adaptive mindset. Should also be comfortable with understanding abstract questions and concepts, and working with teams with agile approach to “illustrate the stories” with sketches and go through iterations.
5-7 years of experience and skills:
• Experience working on content that is focused on telling a story around user experience and how to design that story
• Must be comfortable with PowerPoint
• Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe or others
• Light Video editing experience – short video format
• Being able to tell a story using minimum cues (simple sketches; ?1 min video)
• Adaptive mindset- willing to do iterations over perfections
• Willing to accept feedback and improve – growth mindset
