Job Description

I'm seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of ultra-luxury custom homes. This role requires a master builder with a deep understanding of high-end construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale residential projects from groundbreaking to final handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for custom homes valued at $30M+
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Maintain rigorous quality control and ensure all work meets or exceeds architectural and design specifications
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction
• Manage site logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation with precision

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in high-end residential construction, with at least 5 years as a superintendent on projects over $10M
• Proven track record managing complex, architecturally significant custom homes
• Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision
• Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
• Strong references from past clients, architects, and trades
