Superintendent- Job Opportunity:

Seeking an experienced commercial/hospitality Superintendent for projects in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and a proven ability to manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Superintendent- Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site construction activities for commercial and hospitality projects, ensuring adherence to plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and schedules.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing issues as needed.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and company policies.
• Communicate project updates and risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and material records.

Superintendent- Qualifications:

• 10+ years in commercial construction, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing large commercial and hospitality projects such as hotels.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
• OSHA certification preferred.
