Job Description

My general contractor client is looking to bring on a project manager with experience in high rise multifamily building or hospitality construction and premium finished concrete .

Hours:

M-Th 7am -5pm F 7am-2pm

Project:

300 million

high rise multifamily mixed use

32 months, plenty work after completion

1. Planning & Coordination

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.

2. Budget & Cost Management

• Prepare cost estimates and track expenses.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor financial performance and prevent cost overruns.

3. Team Leadership & Communication

• Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders (owners, clients, government agencies).
• Conduct regular meetings to update progress and resolve issues.

Must Have’s:

• Larger project experience in high rise, multifamily or large hospitality
• High-end structural concrete background with expertise in premium finishes
