Construction Project Manager – Commercial General Contractor | Fort Worth, TX

Are you a skilled Construction Project Manager looking for an opportunity with a reputable Commercial General Contractor in Fort Worth? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee ground-up commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Project Manager- Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects in the DFW area, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Project Manager- Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts
• Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with OSHA standards
• Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess project status and address concerns
• Ensure all project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and reports are maintained accurately
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in line with company and industry standards

Project Manager- Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial projects in DFW
• Proven ability to manage projects valued up to $50M
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contracts
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software preferred
• Ability to lead project teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
