***Client is building out a new Hospital and Office space with an estimated completion in 2027. Work will start remotely before being onsite once the building is built but must already be within driving distance of Indian Land to be considered.***

PM will be leading the efforts to get the facilities Operationally ready.

Senior Operations Project Manager

General description: oversees the operational planning and execution of a new hospital and medical office building in Indian Land, SC. This position will support the operational planning and activation of the hospital and MOB (Medical Office Building). Outlined are a few additional key responsibilities specific to the scope of the work this person would be assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with construction, design, and operational teams to align project milestones with operational goals.
• Developing operational workflows, including patient flow, staff logistics, and space utilization.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Coordinating the procurement, installation, and readiness of medical equipment and technology.
• Leading stakeholder engagement, including clinical and non-clinical teams, to ensure operational needs are met.
• Managing move-in and activation plans for both the hospital and MOB.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare operations project management, particularly in hospital and outpatient settings.
• Expertise in operational readiness planning and hospital commissioning.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
