Job Description

We are looking for an experienced new home construction superintendent who can lead our subcontractors. You'll help our construction company plan and manage projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing custom builds highly preferred. $85,000 Base Salary + Allowances & Production Bonuses

• Maintain a daily record of project progress and home repair updates for the project manager and the homeowner
• Reduce accidents and delays on construction sites by ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and reporting any problems to the project manager as soon as they arise
• Assess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the highest possible quality
• Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily

• You will need a high school diploma for this position, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office software
• Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills

• A thorough knowledge of the Construction Schedule Sequence with previous experience using job site CRM software & Microsoft Office
