Compliance Analyst wanted for a growing private equity firm! The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and detail-oriented professional, ready to jump into the day-to-day of maintaining internal compliance systems, monitoring employee trade activity, managing legal administrative tasks, and ensuring regulatory obligations are met. Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Administration: Maintain and monitor the firm’s internal compliance database and other tracking systems.
• Regulatory Support: Assist in regulatory filings, KYC reviews, compliance reporting, and adherence to SEC and industry regulations.
• Inbox Monitoring: Review and process incoming legal and compliance requests based on defined guidelines.
• Policy & Employee Training: Assist in tracking compliance training, employee personal trading review, and internal policy adherence oversight.
• General Compliance Support: Help with compliance audits and internal testing, marketing review, regulatory requests, and special projects as assigned.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Support the internal legal and compliance teams with administrative tasks, including handling NDAs, tracking signatures, and logging agreements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in compliance, legal administration, or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• A motivated, adaptable team player with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing environment where responsibilities may evolve.
