We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position for Home Health and Hospice. We are looking for Home Health liaisons in the Wichita, Kansas areas .

Community Liaison Responsibilities:

• Calls on existing and potential referral sources to provide educational information and materials as well as agency/patient updates.
• Maintains confidentiality of information as required by state/federal regulations and company policy.
• Maintains precise and accurate records of daily and weekly activities and referral profiles.
• Works collaboratively with Corporate Communications on the creation of various marketing tools including brochures, videos, exhibit displays, press releases and advertising.
• Develop and nurture relationship with prospective members, community leaders, owner hospitals, community partners, and current business partners.
• Facilitates effective communication with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare staff; responds promptly and appropriately to any concerns.
• Conducts marketing activities according to the policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency.
• Responsible for calling on and developing relationships with potential referral sources within the metro area and within rural areas including physicians, case managers, insurance companies, adjusters, attorneys, professional associates, businesses non-profit organizations and others as may be appropriate.

Sales Representatives Qualifications:

• Must have a sales/marketing background.
• Must have Medicare sales experience. (preferred)
• Provide proof of previous sales experience and business references (referral sources) in the state of Kansas.
• Self Starter
• Outgoing personality with great communication skills
• Organized multi-tasker
• Clear communication skills
• Written English proficiency in both grammar and spelling
• Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook required
• Results driven
