Job Description

Must Haves:

• 3-5+ years of experience proven experience in internal or external Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Enablement, or a related field
• Hands on experience managing end to end communication strategies for large strategic initiatives (internal and external)
• Experience or exposure working in a Sales Operations, Sellers, Account Executives, SaaS or Advertising environment
• Hands on experience reporting on metrics/KPIs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience or exposure to an internal communications team within a corporate setting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong team-building, relationship building, cross functional and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to be agile and effectively manage urgency on changing project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
• Strategic thinker with a strong ability to solve problems and adapt strategies.

Insight Global is looking for a Communications Specialist to join the Lead-To-Cash Marketing and Communications Team for a leader in the tech industry. This role will support strategic internal initiatives owned by our Global Business Strategy and Operations organization . The Sr. Communications Strategist will drive awareness, engagement, and adoption campaigns that target the Sales & Distribution community of 30K+ employees . The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to Sr. Leadership, guide internal stakeholders on the right strategy to meet our audiences where they are. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives that support seller experience and success.
