Job Description

Buildofarm is seeking a highly motivated and communicative Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process via Zoom and providing a clear breakdown of our platform's features and functionalities. Your goal is to ensure clients feel confident and supported as they begin their journey with Buildofarm.

This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients via Zoom, providing a thorough walkthrough of the Buildofarm platform.
Clearly explain platform features, functionalities, and best practices to ensure clients understand how to maximize their experience.
Answer client questions during onboarding sessions and address any immediate concerns.
Serve as a point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into using the platform.
Collect and document client feedback during onboarding to improve the onboarding process and user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and any technical issues are addressed promptly.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while working with clients across various industries.
Manage scheduling and follow-ups for onboarding sessions, ensuring timely and efficient client onboarding.
