Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., an established, mid-size business law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a full-time civil litigation legal assistant. Responsibilities include document management, proofreading and finalizing pleadings, preparing and submitting filings, client communication, calendar, and file management. Candidate will have excellent communication skills, attendance and reliability, be proactive and highly organized, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm setting . Experience with iPro, NetDocuments, Law Toolbox, and Orion Legal Software is preferred. This is an in-person position with 1 day remote.
