We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Panama City Beach, FL. We are looking for a great manual adjuster, who ideally has 3 plus years of experience, is a strong communicator and team player, and has experience promoting and closing care plans.

Duties:
New Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging
Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
Take and review X-rays
Diagnosis and Treatment care plan formulation
Chiropractic care- Manual Adjustments- Diversified, full spine adjusting, spinal decompression, soft wave therapy, knee treatment, plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, treatments/therapies, ROFs, and lifestyle modifications
Patient education on the benefits of routine chiropractic care, care plan options, and ROFs
Regular patient re-exams to ensure progress made and updated care plans as needed
Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
Follow up patient phone calls
Producing content for social media
Work closely with a small staff and management team to track numbers and improve care
Collaborate with other DCs and administrative staff for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
Chiropractic license in FL
Schedule:
Full-time
M-Th 9:30-5:30
Salary (range):
$80k-$100k /year plus bonus (depending on experience)
Benefits:
Bonus compensation - based on percentage of collections responsible for each month
