The Role:

Our client is looking for a Chief of Staff to be a true partner to the CEO and a force multiplier for our entire team. Your job is to make us all more effective.

Job Duties:

• Handle what's new. You'll lead important, often undefined projects from start to finish. That could mean finding our first office or running a company-wide initiative. We'll count on you to get it done.
• Be our first line of defense. When new operational or legal questions pop up, you'll dig in, figure them out, and know when to call in the experts.
• Make us faster. You'll spot operational bottlenecks and enjoy fixing them.
• Protect the CEO's time. You'll thoughtfully manage the calendar to ensure focus stays on the things that matter most.
• Automate everything. If you see a clunky manual process, you'll be excited to write a script or find a tool to improve it.
• Help us hire. You'll help us find, recruit, and welcome great people to our team.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 6 years of experience doing operations (we're looking for someone who is a go-getter, a strong executor, and can get anything done)
• Experience as an early-​stage founder OR a scrappy ops lead at a high-​growth startup
• Technical expertise (GitHub is a nice-​to-​have)
