Change Management Lead/Technical Project Manager- Change Management

Burbank; CA (HYBRID- 3 Days ONSITE/Week)

8 Months Project with possible extension

Seeking a Technical Project Manager for the following role -

Responsibilities

• Change Management analysis & assessments.
• Understand the change drivers and impacts to build a plan to deliver the change and ensure it is supported into BAU.
• Identify key change moments and mitigate any program risks/issues.
• Collaborate with specialist training, communication, technical and support teams to develop and implement change plans.
• Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
• Consult and coach project teams.
• Coach managers and supervisors.
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
• Manage key relationships with program & project teams.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Change Management.
• Experience developing and delivering Change Strategies (as a Lead or Owner)
• 7+ years of relevant experience, looking for multiple Change Strategies, within differing environments, scale, and scope
• Delivering change on tech programs - 4+ years of experience; has delivered and rolled out tech programs as well as working with technical teams
• Stakeholder engagement and management - all levels will be engaged within this role; has conducted or lead workshops, change networks, dealing with difficult stakeholders, etc.

Preferred Skills

• Entertainment experience
• Prosci certification is a plus

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $80.00/hr - $85.50/hr and is an Exempt role.
