Annually drivers average $65,000 with our top drivers earning $80,000+
Paid by the Load: average of $250 a day
Orientation pay

Work and Route

Pickups and Deliveries: from various local feed yards
Start Times: Vary from 1am - 7am depending on plant schedule
More than Driving: the job requires coordinating load info with the plants, dispatch, and feed lots; drivers must also ensure the safe, humane handling of livestock.
Daily Home Time

$5,000 RETENTION BONUS

Simplified Orientation: Starts online and concludes at your local terminal

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

$50 every week of your referred driver's first year
$500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

CDL-A Shuttle/Short-haul/Local Truck Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old
CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
