This position allows you to go door to door and set up inspections to help as many people as possible with options that include insurance and financing. We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• This is a door to door canvassing position
• Identify and point out damages to homeowners
• Setup inspections for a qualified sales rep to provide options for the homeowner
• Maintain company standards, sales goals, and KPI's
• Attend weekly meetings and group events
• Upload all documents, photos, and communications to our CRM
• Most importantly, help as many homeowners as you can!

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales (preferred)
• Previous roofing or construction experience (preferred)
• Must be comfortable knocking on strangers' doors (required)
• Ability to build rapport with clients (required)
• Positive and outgoing personality (required)
• Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
• Deadline and detail-oriented (required)
• Must be able to pass a driving record background check (required)
• Highschool diploma or equivalent (required)

Job Type:  Full-Time

Compensation : $25k Salary & Weekly Commissions

Hours : Monday-Friday 12p-7p (Spring/Summer), 10a-5p (Fall/Winter)
