Infosys is seeking a Calypso Business Analyst. As a Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Johnston, RI & Boston, MA. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 6 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in Capital Markets domain and one of the asset classes i.e. Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives or FX Markets.

Preferred Qualifications.

• At least 8 years of overall BA experience in Capital Markets domain. Thorough knowledge of one or more Capital Markets data domains i.e. Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, Derivatives, FX Markets, Investment Banking, trading, clearing, settlement, understanding of various risks etc.
• Should be well versed implementing OTCs on Calypso across different asset class. Experience of implementing Pricing of OTCs on Calypso.
• Knowledge of Calypso front-to-middle-to-back-office APIs, including knowledge of custom workflow rules, custom scheduled tasks, custom reporting (Scenario Analysis extensions and reporting framework extensions), custom accounting function APIs . Knowledge of interfacing around Calypso with third party tools. Ability to conceptualize technical design for various custom requirements, including messaging template customization, accounting customization, custom pricer measures, custom risk analysis, etc. Well-versed of existing Calypso messaging, configuration and integration tools.
• Strong knowledge of Calypso technology and API's, including Data Server / Event Server interaction via RMI, APIs for product, trade, general reporting, workflow, accounting, transfer generation, message generation, documentation, message formatters, etc.
• Good understanding of development methodology.

• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Ability to drive conversation with business teams with minimal support from peers
• Liaise with the Solution Architects, Application Developers and Testers to ensure they understand the functional requirements of the systems
• Experience with Agile project execution
