What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of Call Center Management experience
• Strong computer and communication skills
• Proven leadership ability with a focus on team success
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve customer issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of Call Center Representatives
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service
• Handle employee schedules and performance goals
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer support at all times
