Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is seeking a professional with a strong management background and excellent interpersonal skills to oversee our business operations.
Job Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
Accounts receivable management encompassing Medicaid, Private Pay billing and collections
Overseeing the Resident Trust accounts/activity
Daily cash posting
Handle family inquires pertaining to billing
Participate in the monthly close process and triple check meetings
Post ancillary charges each month
Prepare the daily census report
Previous experience in billing Georgia Medicaid for long-term care facilities is required.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a long-term care facility is a plus
Previous Medicaid billing experience in a Georgia skilled nursing facility is required for applicants to be considered
