Business Office Manager

What You'll Do:
Business Office Manager | Bookkeeper | Accounting

• Maintain resident billing data
• Maintain resident files, ensures Admission Agreements and Service Plans are updated in Yardi
• Responsible for collecting, posting, and depositing all resident rent checks monthly
• Processes all invoices and prepares accounts payable for submission to home office accountant; verifies the accuracy of all checks received from accountant
• Accurately maintains community records of all AP/AR
• Responsible for reconciling petty cash and petty cash checking on weekly basis
• Prepares all required bookkeeping reports and submits to home office
• Prepares and participates in monthly and yearly financial/budget review process
• Works closely with Home Office Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of all bookkeeping/accounting correspondence

What We're Looking For:
Business Office Manager | Bookkeeper | Accounting

• 2-year degree in Business or Accounting preferred
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in bookkeeping, including but not limited to A/R and A/P
• Intermediate computer skills proficiency including Word, Excel, and accounting software
• Experience using Yardi preferred
• Must be detail orientated and possess strong organizational skills
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Solid commitment to customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to represent the community in a positive and professional manner
