Job Description:

In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.



• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.



• Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.



• Strategically engage with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 7 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

This candidate will have multiple roles.

• Project Management



• This is a predominantly ‘Agile’ group and need a person that has that background.



• They will be responsible for driving the projects from conception to completion.



• Will need to keep daily and weekly meetings with the team involved.



• Will need to take concepts from the technical team and translate those to the business members and vice versa.

Candidate should be able to:

• Take a leadership stance to properly manage the business teams and the business owners.



• Understand technology and banking, specifically International wire payments (Canada experience is a game changer).



• Manage strong personalities professionally.

Must Haves:

• Change leadership



• Accountability



• Product Ownership



• 100% understanding of an Agile environment



• Oracle and SQL experience



• International wire payments, specifically for Canada (AFT experience is huge).

Pay Range: $90.00 - $95.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
