Job Description

Position summary Vanguard Cleaning Systems®, an independently owned and operated master franchise company, has an immediate opening for a versatile Outside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our regional office. This full-time roll includes a comprehensive benefits package. This hybrid position combines new business development with ongoing account and franchisee support. You will be responsible for driving sales with mid-sized to large commercial office locations, while also providing excellent service and support to individual unit franchisees and regional accounts. The ideal candidate is professional, results-oriented, and excels in both building client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. Pay

  • $50,000-$55,000 / year

Essential Functions Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects through research, networking, and personal contact
  • Conduct professional presentations to decision-makers at prospective client locations
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and follow up diligently to close new business
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Regional Office team and filed consultants to drive result
Customer Service and Account Management
  • Qualify prospects through research and personal contact
  • Provide ongoing business support and guidance to individual unit franchisees
  • Facilitate account management for small and mid-sized office locations in the region
  • Present additional service opportunities such as floor cleaning and janitorial supplies
  • Utilize problem-solving,communication, and follow-up skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain frequent communication with franchisees and act a s a resource for their business needs
  • Uphold Vanguard® standards for honesty and integrity
General Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliable communication
  • Prepare for all franchise and account appointments
  • travel to account locations throughout the region as required
  • Collaborate effectively with Regional Office team members and Unit Franchisees
Desired Experience/Skills
  • Minimum three years prior successful professional sales experience or customer service experience (B2B sales preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or service goals
  • Strong closing, communication,problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and franchisee relationships
  • Self-motivated, persistent and highly professional
