Business Analyst – 1-year contract

Juno Beach, FL

Your Day-to-Day:

• Conduct basic operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit.
• Assist with small to medium-sized special projects under the guidance of senior analysts or supervisors.
• Perform both quantitative and qualitative research to support business initiatives.
• Contribute to process design and improvement efforts.
• Develop and maintain standardized reports using established tools and techniques.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including regression testing, to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies.
• Track and document defects, coordinating with developers for timely resolution.
• Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency.
• Maintain testing scripts and manage test environments.
• Report on testing status, metrics, and KPIs to stakeholders.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
• Experience as a QA Tester or Quality Testing Engineer; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
