Business Analyst - Mastery

Location: Boston, MA or Springfield, MA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 4 Months+

Skills: Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within investment operations, trade lifecycle, or cash clearing environments.

Strong understanding of trade flow processes, including trade execution, clearing, and settlement.

Familiarity with industry-standard clearing systems and tools (e.g., DTCC, SWIFT, Euroclear, etc.).

Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex datasets and systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cash clearing and investment operations is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CBAP, or PMP.

Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, or Tableau).

Prior experience working on cash clearing automation or digital transformation projects.
