At Sun-Kissed Lemon Society , our clients come to Blow, Flow, and Glow — and you’ll be the Boss of the Blow . From silky-smooth blowouts to volume for days, plus restorative treatments and (with training) seamless extensions, you’ll help our clients leave looking and feeling their absolute best.
We’ve got room for full-time and part-time Blow Dry Bosses , so whether you’re ready for your next career move or a stylish side hustle, let’s talk!
What You’ll Do:
💨 Create blowouts so good they deserve their own photoshoot
💨 Apply luxe hair treatments that make hair healthier and shinier
💨 Get hands-on training in hair extensions — we’ll show you the ropes
💨 Build fun, real connections with clients — they should leave loving their hair and their stylist
💨 Work with our Flow and Glow teams to create a seamless, feel-good experience for every client
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Florida Cosmetology License — non-negotiable, Boss
✨ Blowout skills that make people stop and say, "Where did you get your hair done?"
✨ A personality that shines — fun, friendly, and professional all in one
✨ Open to learning — we’ll teach you our treatments and extensions so you can keep leveling up
✨ Dependable, punctual, and ready to rock a set schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends — we need you!)
✨ Someone who’s excited to grow with a company that’s on the rise
