The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are excited to announce a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will work with insurance agents and policy holders to help provide customer service, taking payments, resolving issues and provide the help they need.

• Solve our customers problems right on the spot when possible, own the issue until resolution otherwise; and make the call a positive experience.
• Take payments and resolve account issues while using your engaging personality to build report.
• Skilled and experienced in handling calls ranging from the repetitive to the difficult and complex.
• Empathetic, responsive to callers in a timely manner and able to communicate in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Patient with the customer as they ask questions, yet able to keep the conversation on track.
• Ability to learn and explain insurance billing, payment and other policy transactions to customers.
• Skills in MS Office and to quickly navigate multiple systems and online applications while engaging the customer.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Someone who is Bilingual English/Spanish (Read/Write/Speak) is required.

Keys to success in this position include excellent customer service, comprehensive written and communication skills, and detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Knowledge in administration, accounting, Commercial Insurance and a four (4) year degree is preferred.
