Job Title: Call Center Agent (Mandarin & English Bilingual)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Beijing time (8:00 PM–4:00 AM ET / 5:00 PM–1:00 AM PT)

Addison Group is partnering with a global organization that provides industry training, certification, and technical support services. Their team is seeking a bilingual customer service professional to assist Mandarin-speaking clients with account and product inquiries.
This role supports international customers by responding to phone and email inquiries, resolving login or access issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, detail-oriented, and comfortable working overnight hours to align with Beijing business hours.
This is a 3-month contract role with the potential for extension based on performance and business need. Candidates must be able to work Beijing business hours while based in the U.S.
