Building Automation Systems (BAS) & HVAC Technician

Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $25–$30/hour plus $200/per month vehicle allowance

**3:30pm to Midnight Shift**

Are you an experienced technician skilled in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC technologies? This is your chance to work on cutting-edge control systems and energy-efficient solutions for a variety of commercial and industrial facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on energy management systems, including HVAC controls, chillers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, electrical, and pneumatic control systems.
• Conduct system upgrades, including valve, damper, and controller replacements.
• Provide technical expertise to optimize HVAC energy efficiency and develop control strategies.
• Deliver monthly reports on system performance, energy usage, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing and updating automation controls and BMS programming to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Controls fields.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications: OSHA 30-hour (a plus) and valid driver’s license
• Physical Readiness: Able to lift/carry 50 lbs., work on ladders, and operate hand tools in various weather conditions.
• Problem-Solving & Independence: Strong ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service.
