Job Description

This is a Tipped Position.

• Crabs Claw Oceanfront Caribbean Restaurant is open year-round.
• Must be able to work Weekends, Holidays, Nights. 
• Must work minimum of 50 hours a week to qualify for salary.
• Hourly is an option.
• Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Process payment from customers.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils.
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
• Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift.
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
• Inventory, Ordering, Control and Management of Complete Bar and Liquor.
• Must Keep Records of Usage Every Day.
• Must be able to work at least 45-50 Hours per week.
• Mature, Responsible, and be able to pass drug test.
• Key Holder Security background check.
• Responsible for all ordering of Beer, Wine and Liquor.
• Responsible for picking up Liquor at ABC store when Promised.
• Following and Maintaining Training of All ABC Laws for New Employees.
• Training Bartenders and Servers on Beer, Wine and Liquor Knowledge.
