Investment Advisor Associate

Location: Onsite – Nocatee, FL

Stratton & Company is growing, and we're looking for an Investment Advisor Associate to join our team in our new Nocatee office. Our boutique firm offers a small, friendly office environment where your contributions make a meaningful impact.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual reviews with clients, clearly communicating their investment progress and answering questions.
• Handle client onboarding, including managing paperwork, data entry, and ensuring a smooth initial experience.
• Efficiently manage client service requests and execute trade orders promptly and accurately.
• Organize, update, and maintain comprehensive retirement plans using our planning software and CRM.
• Assist the senior advisor with tax analysis, investment research, and other planning needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active investment license (Series 65 or equivalent) or currently pursuing licensure.
• Prior experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, or related professional setting.
