Associate – Finance – Private Equity Finance
Position Overview
We are seeking talented mid-level associates with at least 2 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance to join our fast-growing Private Equity Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth, supportive, and collegial practice that represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in a wide range of complex financing transactions.
Key Responsibilities: - Represent clients in a range of private equity finance matters, particularly in mid-cap and top-tier transactions .
- Borrower-side representation with a focus on supporting private equity sponsors, along with general company-side representation.
- Collaborate with team members on structuring, negotiating, and closing private credit and acquisition finance transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance, preferably with a focus on borrower-side representation.
- Candidates with experience working with private equity sponsors or corporate borrowers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with top-tier clients.
