What You'll Do:

* Negotiate and evaluate insurance settlements

* Represent clients at hearings, trials, and depositions

* Draft motions and discovery responses

* Collaborate with a high-performing legal team

* Manage a fast-paced caseload with precision

* 3-7 years of strong litigation experience

* Proven trial skills and courtroom confidence

* Attention to detail + top-notch communication

* Ability to thrive under pressure

* A proactive, self-starting mindset

Compensation & Perks:

* $120,000-$160,000 (based on experience)
