Our Women’s Ministry is seeking a dependable and kind-hearted Part-Time Ministry Assistant (approx. 10 hours/week) to support the Director and help our ministry run smoothly. This role includes assisting with volunteer coordination, event planning, budget tracking, and basic administrative tasks like submitting facility requests and managing supplies. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, self-motivated, and has working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Canva, with a willingness to learn our church software. Responsibilities also include making outreach phone calls, sending cards or messages, helping with church-wide events, and providing support during meetings. Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently are essential.
