Our Client, a Global Tech company is looking to hire a Art Director for a 3 month W2 contract in Santa Monica, CA

Job Title: Art Director

Location: Onsite, Santa Monica

Duration: 3 month W2 contract

Pay Range: $85-93/hr.

Our Client is seeking an Art Director to lead the development of innovative, data-driven advertising campaigns from concept to execution. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and skilled executor who can translate insights into intuitive, compelling, and customer-focused experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, developers, and external partners to deliver impactful creative solutions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop customer-focused ad solutions aligned with advertiser goals
• Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative advertising campaigns across digital, voice, and screen interfaces
• Deliver high-quality creative and art direction for campaigns across various Client Company touchpoints
• Present ideas and campaigns to both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Leverage tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint to bring creative concepts to life
• Apply data and customer insights to inform and iterate on campaign effectiveness
• Ideate across various mediums, including film, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and social
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting aggressive deadlines
• Work through feedback and approval processes, including Legal and PR
• Think strategically and maintain a strong customer-centric focus throughout creative development

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a creative strategy role within an agency or in-house creative team
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma
• Strong understanding of the Telecommunications and Entertainment industries
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas through interactive storytelling
• A portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, visual design excellence, and impactful advertising work
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills; ability to lead projects and drive them to completion
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, multitasking, and working autonomously
• A passion for innovation, measurable results, and continuous improvement in creative output
