We're on the lookout for a full-time Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist for our administrative office in Saint Paul, MN.

As an Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist , you will play a key role in effectively managing Accessible Space, Inc.'s (ASI) properties. This involves ensuring that all move-ins and certifications comply with HUD regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume housing intake or leasing experience
• Rent calculations
• Two years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in standard administrative functions
• Strong computer and data processing skills, top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
• Certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and knowledge of Section 8, 202 PRAC, and 811 PRAC are a plus
