This is an onsite role paying between 30-43/hour.

Must Haves:

• Experience in aerospace integration, manufacturing, or another relevant field
• Experience with high pressure systems, hydraulics, instrumentation, electrical harness routing/wiring, fluids, tubing installation or aerospace/launch vehicle assembly
• Experience interpreting engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions and test procedures

Plusses:

• Any degree or certifications in related field

Day to Day: An employer in the Titusville, FL market is looking for an Integration Engineering Technician to temporarily join their team. This person will be responsible for:

• Manufacturing, assembly, and testing of rocket boosters based on procedures
• Set-up new production work areas
• Assist with transition from development to production environments
• Perform verifications and inspections of engineering models, drawings, specifications, and procedures
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct issues by modification, rework, repair, and/or maintenance
• Perform rootcause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control
• Operate several pieces of manufacturing handling equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, overhead cranes, flight vehicle and subassembly transportation equipment, truck-trailer combinations and other ground support equipment as required
• Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools including: torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, height gauges and optical measuring instruments
• Perform maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas
