ENTRY LEVEL - Administrative Assistant
$16/HR - paid weekly!
Shift: 1st shift: Monday-Friday
There is flexibility on start time depending on candidate’s academic schedule. The earliest a candidate can start is 6 am CST. Candidate must work minimum of 15 hours and maximum 32 hours.
Duties:
• Assist in organizing and executing plant events to build employee enthusiasm, engagement and recognition
• Compose articles, take photos/videos, and edit documents to meet strict deadlines
• Maintain, analyse and create content for plant Facebook group
• Design, develop and edit presentations
• Respond to, aid, and interact with Corvette customer base as necessary
• Host and assist with corporate leadership visits and other VIP tours
• Support Communications Manager with all other duties as required
