Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Management reporting
• Multiple US and UK entity audits as well as consolidated audit
• US and UK regulatory reports
• US and UK tax filings and Partner tax estimates
• Financial planning and analysis
• Cash management
• Review of monthly Concur T&E reports
• Net capital calculations
• Merchant banking books and records
• US and UK payroll and accounts payable
• Coordinate with finance-related third-party vendors: bookkeepers, auditors, tax advisors, payroll
• Complete ad hoc accounting, finance and operations requests and special projects

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Public and Private Accounting experience within Financial Services
• Knowledge of the Broker Dealer, Capital Markets or Securities industry
• CPA qualification
• Holding active Series 27 FINOP License is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax

This Accounting Manager role requires someone to work 3-4 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role, and are eligible to work in the United States. The salary is dependent on experience, an initial range is $140-175k base plus 40-50% target bonus and excellent great benefits (free health cover, 20 days vacation, unlimited personal days).
