Job Description:
- Under the general supervision of the IT Implementations Manager, the Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for the business analysis and complex project planning, while overseeing, and participating in project scheduling for the deployment and support of the organization's critical and urgent network security tag deployment.
- This position will be responsible for functioning as a Business Analyst and assist in the Project Management and Project Planning for the IT Implementations group and apply technical expertise and business analysis concepts to identify, evaluate, and coordinate the assignment of SGT tags associated to the installation dates of equipment.
Business Analyst Essential Duties and Requirements:
- Serve as the Business Analyst dedicated to the organization's Unified Comms for the NetV3 onboarding for devices and security tags.
- Apply technical expertise and business analysis concepts to identify, evaluate, and coordinate the assignment of SGT tags associated to the installation dates of equipment.
- Must understand complex system scopes, requirements, and objectives, with an understanding of applicable practices, processes, systems, and industry standards to meet end-user needs and Client network requirements.
- Facilitate the configuration, installation, testing of network devices within a NetV3 environment to develop hardware profiles.
Project Management and Planning Essential Duties and Requirements:
- Follow all standard project management procedures and complete all necessary documentation during the project life cycle.
- Develop project documentation and communicate to teams to ensure project is on track, which will require solid communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as technical expertise within this space.
- Schedule, assist with, and participate in meetings with department contacts, project stakeholders, hospital leadership, outside vendors, FP&D, and other technology teams to understand and document requirements.
- Prepare and support timeline, and documentation for project as assigned.
- Prepare project documentation, metrics, presentation slides, demos, and updates as needed to be used by IT leadership.
- Meet stakeholders from different departments to gather necessary requirements and prepare project objectives.
- Monitor project tasks/milestones to ensure they are on track for completion per schedule.
- Escalate issues and decisions as appropriate to IT manager.
- Actively enforce all relevant organizational technical practices and privacy policies.
